Food For Thought

We are bombarded with many truths, sayings, et cetera. But certain ones stick to our heart & soul and help shape who we are as unique individuals. The following are some thoughts which are shaping me.

  • Proactive language: Let's look at our alturnatives......I can choose a diffent approach ... I control my own feelings ... I can create an effective presentation .... I will choose an appropriate response .... I choose ... I prefer .... I will!
